The bolt is covered in thorny vines the jump
out to entangle their target on contact. On a
hit it deals an extra 1d4 piercing from the
thorns, the target must make a DC 12 STR
save or be Restrained. The target may make
another save as an action on their turn, each
failed save is another 1d4 piercing damage.
