Violent Aether deals damage to that spell or
ability's owner equal to the amount of
tempest counters on Violent Aether.
{t}: Counter target spell with converted mana
cost less than or equal to the number of tempest counters on Violent Aether. Then, remove all
tempest counters on Violent Aether.
