Whenever Riamos deals combat damage to a
player, remove all +1/+1 counters from Riamos
and create that many 0/1 red Cloud tokens with
"{b}, Sacrifice this creature: Deal 2 damage to any creature or planeswalker."
His rage can only grow further.
