Virgil, Picky collector

Virgil, picky collector enters the battelfield with
an artifact equipment token named old shell with
equip {0} attached to it.
At the beggining of your upkeep, you may
exchange target artifact you control with target artifact you don't control, if your control 3 equipments or more draw a card.
{u}: Target artifact becomes an equipment, its
equip cost is equal to its mana cost.
