Visage of the Archenemy

As long you have the most cards in hand among players, Visage of the Archenemy has hexproof.
Whenever an opponent draws a card during their
draw step, put a scheme counter on Visage of the Archenemy.
At the beginning of your draw step, draw an additional card for each scheme counter on
Visage of the Archenemy, then remove all
counters from it.
