Whenever an opponent draws a card outside of
their draw step, look at their hand. You may
exile a card with converted mana cost 4 or less
face down. They then discard a card.
You may play land cards and cast nonland cards
exiled by Jericho. You may spend mana as
though it were mana of any type to cast that
spell. You can't cast more than one spell this
way each turn.
