Visions of Eternity

At the beginning of any upkeep, Each Player may Scry 3. If a player puts any of those cards on the bottom of his/her library, he/she may Scry 3 again. Exile those cards. Until his/her next turn, that player may cast those cards. Visions of Eternity's controller may cast those cards without paying their mana cost instead.
