If Visit the Waters is in your opening hand
and you are not the starting player, you may cast Visit the Waters on the first upkeep of
the game without paying its mana cost.
Scry 1, then reveal the top card of your library. If it's a land card, you may put it
onto the battlefield tapped. Otherwise, put
it into your hand.
