Create a blue enchantment token named Dust with "Sacrifice this token: Target player may Scry 1." Repeat this process X times where X is the total converted mana cost of each instant and sorcery card in your graveyard.
Until end of turn, if a player would look at one or more cards, they may look at that many cards plus one instead.
