Vitam Humilem

When Vitam Humilem enters the battlefield,
destroy each other non-land permanent with converted mana cost X or less.
Players can't play spells if their life total is
more than 5 and players can't play basic lands.
Whenever a non basic land is put onto the battlefield, each player gains 2 life and the
player who controls that land loses 2 life.
