When Vivacious Valkyrie enters the battlefield,
you may exile target creature and put two time counters on it. It gains suspend. (At the beginning
of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last
is removed, cast it without paying its mana cost. It
has haste.) If it's a non-Angel creature card, it perpetually gets +1/+1, gains flying, vigilance
and lifelink and becomes an Angel in addition to
its other types.
