Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery
spell, roll a d20. If the result is less than or equal
to the spell's mana value, Vix deals damage to
you and the spell's controller equal to the result,
and you copy the spell. You may choose new
targets for the copy.
Chaos Crusader (You may have two commanders
if they both have Chaos Crusader)
