Viz, Tyrant of Progress

When an artifact you control is destroyed draw
a card. Then place X +1/+1 counters divided as
you choose among creatures you control where
X is it's converted mana cost.
Whenever a creature you control with a +1/+1
counter on it dies, Viz, Tyrant of Progress deals
X damage divided among targets you choose
where X is the number of +1/+1 counters that
were on it. Then add {c} equal to X to your
mana pool.
