creature an opponent controls.

Level up - When 5 or more of your creatures have
survived damage, give Vladimir +1/+1 and "When
Vladimir attacks, deal 1 damage to each other attacking
creature you control to deal that much to target player.
You heal equal to the amount of damage dealt this way."
