Whenever a creature you control deals combat
damage to a player, put a stake counter on target
creature they control. At the beginning of each
opponent's upkeep, they lose 2 life and you
gain 2 life for each creature they own in exile
with a stake counter on it.
Absolute Monarchy - As long as you have the
highest life total and are the monarch, at the
beginning of your upkeep you may exile target
creature with a stake counter on it.
