When Vladimir, Na-Baron enters the battlefield create X tapped 2/1 Harkonnen soldier tokens where X is the amount of artifacts you control.

Nontoken artifacts you control have Crew 2 with power and toughness equal to its converted mana cost. Vladimir, Na-Baron cannot be the target of spells unless you control no artifacts.
