When Vladimir enters the battlefield, you become
the monarch.
Whenever a Knight, Priest, or Noble enters the battlefield under an opponents control, put a
-1/-1 counter on Vladimir.
Whenever Vladimir deals 3 or more points excess combat damage to a creature, return that creature
to the battlefield under your control.
