At the beginning of each end step, put a Sprawl
counter on Vodalia. At the end of each turn you
lose 1 life for each Sprawl counter on it.
For the first blue spell you cast each turn, you
must remove enough Sprawl counter from
Vodalia to reduce the color portion of that
spell's cost by {u} each. If you can't remove
enough counters for a spell, remove all instead.
