At the beginning of your upkeep, put a void counter on Void Cube, then if Void Cube has 10 or more void counters on it, you win the game.
Creatures you control get -X/-X where X is the number of void counters on Void Cube.
{2}{t}: Remove all void counters from Void Cube.
