Vigilance Whenever an opponet draws a card except the first one they draw each turn, you may look at that players hand. {W}: Until the end of turn, target spell or permanent becomes white in addition to its other colors. {W} {B}: Exile the target white spell or permanent until the beginning of the next end step. {U}{B}: exile a card from your graveyard to counter target spell unless its controller pays 2 life. Order isn´t born from strength - it´s from knowing the time.
