Whenever Volatile Cannoneer attacks, it deals 1 damage to each creature defending player controls.
Whenever Volatile Cannoneer becomes the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls, it deals 1 damage to each creature you control. Then sacrifice it.
It isn't only his temper that could go off in an instant.
