Volatile Exhaust

Volatile Exhaust enters the battlefield with three +1/+1 counters on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, flip a coin.
If it comes up heads, put a +1/+1 counter on Volatile Exhaust. If it comes up tails, remove
a +1/+1 counter from it.
