Volgagathon, Purging Shadow

This spell can't be countered.
When Volgagathon, Purging Shadow enters the
battlefield, destroy all other creature. For each
creature destroyed this way it's controller creates
a 2/2 black Zombie creature token
Whenever a player draws a card, that player loses
1 life.
