Static Charge—Whenever Volibear, the Relentless Storm attacks a player, put a voltage counter on each creature that player controls.

Conduit—{x}{u}{r}: Spend {x} to remove that many voltage counters from creatures. For each voltage counter removed this way, Volibear can deal 1 damage per counter divided among all creatures as you choose. Activate this ability only any time you could cast a sorcery. Upon completing this ability all voltage counters are removed.
