Whenever Volkur, the Mighty Dwarf enters the battlefield or attacks, you may have it fight target creature you don't control. Whenever a creatures is damaged this way tap that creature and have it lose all abilities until it becomes untapped.
Reckless Aggression—If Volkur, the Mighty Dwarf is your commander it gains: At the beginning of your combat phase put a +1/+1 counter on it for each tapped creature target opponent controls.
