may pay {r}, if you do create a red artifact token
named Feather with "{1}, Sacrifice Feather:
Return target Phoenix card from your
graveyard to the battlefield tapped."
Whenever a creature leaves your graveyard,
Volux deals 1 damage to any target. If the
creature was a phoenix, the damage is equal
to its power instead.
