Vorosh Charm

Conjure {2}(If 2 or more +1/+1 counters have been
put on 1 or more creatures or a player has gained 2 or
more life this turn, this spell costs {u} or {b} less to cast.)
Sacrifice an untapped nonbasic land: Search your
library for a nonbasic land card and put it into
play tapped. You may either tap or untap target permanent if {u} was spent to cast Vorosh Charm,
or have Vorosh Charm deal 1 damage to each
creature and player if {b} was spent to cast it.
