Vortex can't lose its abilities.
If Vortex would leave the battlefield, instead exile it, then return it to the battlefield under your control.
Vortex can't be blocked.
Whenever Vortex enters the battlefield or attacks, it deals damage equal to twice its power to each creature your opponents control.
