Voting Matters

Until your next turn whenever a player has to target anything each other player votes for what is targeted instead.
Until your next turn at the start of each combat each non-active player votes for a player for the active player to attack the player with the most votes is the only player who can be attacked that turn.
Whenever a vote is tied the player not voting may chose one of the tied options instead.
