others are Velvette, the Trendsetter Vee and Valentino,
the Pimp Vee.)
{2}{u}{b}: Surveil 1. For each opponent, look at the
top card of their library, then you may put that
card into their graveyard.
Tap an untapped artifact you control: Add {u} or {b}. Spend this mana only to activate Vox's abilities or the abilities of artifacts you control.
