+2: Put a mist counter on each of up to two target permanents. The target permanents will remain tapped till the owners next end step.
-X: Search your library for a creature with converted mana cost X and put it onto the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters. Then shuffle your library.
-10: All target permanents with a mist counter are exiled. For each permanent exiled this way, place a +1/+1 counter on all creatures you control.
