Vrin, Last One's Lorekeeper

At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top
card of your library. If the card exiled was an
instant or sorcery, scry 2, then draw a card.
If the card exiled was a land, put it onto
the battlefield. If the card exiled was an artifact, enchantment, creature or planeswalker, tap target permanent. It doesn't untap during its controller's untap step.
