When Vslana, the Frozen Scale or another creature enters the battlefield under your control, tap target creature an opponent controls. It does not untap during it's controller's untap step for as long as Vslana, the Frozen Scale remains on the battlefield.
The Frozen Scales are ruled by the dragon with Wisdom that is second to none, Vslana.
