+1: Deal 3 damage to target creature
-2: Draw five cards. Take a red card from among them and put that card into the battlefield under your control. Put the rest into your hand.
-8: Destroy all creatures that your opponents control that were dealt damage by Vulcanus, the fire lord. Then deal 10 damage to it's controller.
