Eminence - Whenever you cast a creature spell if Vulgrykk, the Vile is in the command zone or on
the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter on Vulgrykk.
Whenever one or more counters would be placed
on Vulgrykk, the Vile, you may put that many
+1/+1 counters on it instead.
Counters remain on Vulgrykk as it moves to any
zone other than a player's hand or library.
