Hexproof, flying, Vuliev cannot be traded.
Mana doesn't leave players' mana pools.
Players may trade life, permanents, mana
( currently in their mana pool), cards in hand,
with other players as long as both players
agree to it.
Whenever a trade is made, target player
draws a card and gains 2 life.
