Trample.
Counters remain on Vulcan as it moves to any
zone other than a player's hand or library.
When Vulcan moves zones put 2 +1/+1 counters
on him.
Vulcan can be cast from any Zone by paying his
mana cost plus {g} for every +1/+1 counter on it.
If Vulcan would be destroyed regenerate him.
None can come back as they once were, but in death
we are returned to the ash from whence we came to be
born anew,
