Token named Plague. It has: The Creature the
Plague is attached to get a -1/-1 Counter
at every Untapp Step from the controller
unless he pays {2}.
Every time a Creature dies in cause of a Plague,
Vuruq, Master of Plagues gets a +1/+1 Token
and then draws X Cards where X is the number
of +1/+1 Counters on him.
