When Vyel enters the battlefield, exile the top
card of target opponent's library. You may cast
that card as long it remains exiles, and you may
spend mana of any colour to cast it.
At the beginning of your end step, if you cast 2
or more spells from opponents graveyards or
exile, return Vyel to its owner's hand
