Whenever a creature you control mutates, you
may put a counter of a keyword ability that
creature possesses on another target creature you control, if you don't, put a +1/+1 counter on it.
You may cast up to one creature spell from a graveyard each turn for its Mutate cost as
though it had flash.
Creature cards in graveyards have Mutate, their
mutate cost is equal to their mana cost.
