Wabbajack

{t}{x}: Target opponent exiles the top X cards of
his or her library. That opponent then may
choose any nonland card among exiled cards he
or she controls and play that card without
paying its mana cost. Any spell casted this way
causes the caster to lose life equal to that spells
converted mana cost.
