When you Wait, you keep many options open,
allowing you to React with any Action while
adding a Stat Mod to that roll. If instead you
start your turn with an Attack, you cannot add
a Stat Mod to a followup option unless you
Committed that move executing your Attack.
If you Commit to a Wait action for your
whole turn, you may catch your breath and
choose to untap one Mana {ut}.
