During each of your end steps, put a wait counter on Wait then Fire.
{1}{t}, Sacrifice Wait then Fire: Tap each creature your opponent controls. Until end of turn, creatures you control get +X/+X, where X
is the number of wait counters on Wait then Fire.
If a creature you control attacks or blocks: remove all wait counters from Wait then Fire.
