Waiting for Midnight

Waiting for Midnight enters the battlefield with
10 countdown counters on it.
At the beginning of each upkeep, remove a
countdown counter from Waiting for Midnight.
If you cannot remove a counter this way, instead,
sacrifice Waiting for Midnight, draw 7 cards, and
return 5 cards from your hand to the top or
bottom of your library.
