Waiting to Die

Enchant Creature
Enchanted creature cannot attack. At the beginning of it's controller's upkeep, they
must pay X or sacrifice enchanted creature.
Whenever enchanted creature is put into a graveyard, return Waiting to Die to it's controller's hand.
