Play this gang tactic when a friendly fighter
makes a ranged attack.
This fighter can choose targets that are out
of their line of sight, provided they are not
using a weapon with the Template or
Blast (X) traits. Attacks against these
targets suffer a -2 modifier to their hit roll.
