When Walmart enters the field, give each creature your opponents control an 'Associate' counter. At the beginning of your upkeep add an 'Associate' counter to each of your opponents creatures, this effect cannot be stacked with other Walmart cards.
for each 'Associate' counter a creature has, give them 0/-1 unless their toughness is already 1
If a creature has 3 'Associate' counters, add a 'Manager' counter
any creature with the 'Manager' counter becomes tapped and cannot be untapped
