Whenever you would draw a card, you may first
pay {x} and choose one of the following-
• Scry X (To scry X, look at the top X cards of your library, then put any number of them on the bottom of
your library and the rest on top in any order.)
• Fateseal X (To fateseal X, look at the top X cards
of an opponent's library, then put any number of
them on the bottom of that player's library and the
rest on top in any order.)
