Wielder can expend 3 spell slots once per
day to transform a target they can see
within 30ft into a young dragon for 3
rounds. The target acquires all the stats
and traits of a young dragon for the
duration. The target must make an INT saving throw of 15 or lose control and will attack the closest unit to them each round.
