-Can expend up to three charges to create 1-3 frost roses on the
ground within 60' of you. The roses are about 3' and appear
delicate but volatile and each one has 1hp and AC 12. If a rose
reaches it explodes dealing 3d6 piercing and 3d6 cold dmg to
anything within 20' and an extra 1d6 piercing for each additional
rose in 20'. Save for half dmg dex DC 15.
When the wand reaches 0 charges roll a d20 on a 1 the wand melts
away.
